Evolution is her best album. Remove the stupid interludes. The 2 corny flavorless ballads after So Hard (where the album should?ve ended)!
And throw away that get up diet lite that is addicted.  :letsmessfag:

Yet owns half her discography

:omf:
Iono why this is such a big deal to u.
When i was younger i bought cds JUST because i liked soneone and before even listening to them.  I bought her 2nd cd because i liked the debut (back then). I would more than likely never buy a ciara cd at this point.  I hope that makes things clearer for u :dead:
I'm not reading this

After the 3rd album her music just seems so fake to me, like she's going through the motions, trying to find something that sticks. She hasn't developed a formula, brand or signature sound yet.

Self-titled was the only time she got it right for me, but I don't think she feels like that album/sound is really her which is why she went in another direction completely with Tackie.

Tbh Ciara is a cornball, she likes happy, fun music which is why she keeps doing it even when it flops. Level Up doing this well will probably confirm for her that she's heading in the right direction.
!!!!
I think the whole urban/street thing was her identity at the time,  when she was evolving into a young woman :dead:
Maybe she thinks that lane is limited and beneath her, thus the whole pop, cheesy thing.
Ah well, I though her 7th era would finally give something evolved.
Girl it hasn't even got deep in it yet.
