That?s why I never give too much thought to the attitudes of people who work there.

I mean they had to flip fries, clean a shitty toilet, respond to the drive thru window, mop the floors, handle an endless flow of customers at the counter, all for 3.50 an hour....and you expect a genuine loving smile when you stand in front of them?

But those people have complete chaos and HELL behind them as they're taking your order.  And they're usually super young. They're learning. I give them a pass.

We have them in New York City, but there are still cashiers there as well.

Minimum wage being $15 is good.
But it will most def create situations like this.

Employers will become more picky with hiring.

Even that new rule in NYC.  Exempt salaries must be AT LEAST $58,500 a year by the end of 2018.
A lot people are going to be hourly (lock in/out) employees after 2019 -- and employers will be strict on who they hire as exempt.
