Beverly was IT to me, she was prettier than Naomi and Tyra, her baby-esque featues.
She was imo Naomi's biggest comp, they looked alike, they walked the same shows, shot together, but they were actually friends
Shame what happened to her though

Beverly is why I never believed the sole reason why Naomi didn?t like Tyra is because they were being compared. No one got more Naomi comparisons than Beverly, and they were cool.

I didn't buy it, if there was anyone for Naomi to try and sabotage it would've been Beverley, she was younger, prettier (imo) and rising rapidly.
Tyra idolized Naomi growing up and probably didn't like the reception she got from her idol when they met.
The media fueling comparisons would make anyone feel a type of way and I think Tyra really wanted Naomi to like her, she wanted to BE Naomi and I think that just pissed Naomi off tbh,

Chanel was so gorgeous and still is, shame she retired though, that era is when I really thought black girls were on the RISE again, she was in a crew with some other black newbies, namely Jourdan Dunn (probably only the black girl consistently booking high profile gigs)  and Sessalie Lopez (another bad bitch that retired)
