Eh...at this point I rather her make safe music and SING than to have her out her turning off her main core trying to "be too creative" and follow trends.

One thing that I KNOW...FOR SURE...she won't be stuck out here looking a fool like Amerie trying to "be creative".

It be comments like this that make me think all Monica fans are basic af

Nah, not basic. I just actually FULLY pay attention to the moves sis makes rather where I want her to be...or take one comment she makes, start daydreaming fantasies, then get let down when the fantasies don't come true. I expect sis to try new things like she did last time but the core of her album when be what's authentic to her as it always been.

Also, I do want her to "be creative". I think I just don't trust yall's definitions of creative, fresh, young, and current. Especially, young and current.

Have you heard Usher's new EP?

it's TERRIBLE

Young...yes, I heard it....but I know you ain't suggesting................NOPE! The only thing that would be acceptable from her from that is a "Say What You Want" and maybe a "You Decide". And even still, the bulk of her project can't be that.

I wasn't saying Mimic those sounds at all.
But try different sounds and producers.

But yeah Say What You Want is AMAZING

And he has tons of haters now ever since the herp' mess

But the EP is honestly dope. I didn't get try hard at all.
The man lives in Atlanta. This is the sound hes from and around 24/7.
He put his R&B flare on it and I LOVED it.

But aside from that I only brought him up to say he got into the booth with someone totally different and made something different from his usual.

this is NOT totally different. He's worked with Zaytoven before and I could easily plop "Lovers and Friends" on the EP and it would fit in. Maybe it just feels like something different because he been giving POPsher.
