The study found that although 22% of users are actually there for porn, 28% are accidentally exposed to it.

More of their users are accidentally exposed to porn than those who want to see it.

It makes sense to get rid of it if 78% of the platform is non-NSFW.

22% is still considerable, but they're not wiping away their core users.

This move may actually bring a lot of their core users back. I'm sure many of them stopped coming once they saw BBC mess while they're looking for gardening photos. :omf:
these stats mean nothing when matched against the hundreds of thousands of users reblogging & hearting all types of content, including the NSFW stuff. They started flagging shit as explicit last year but slowly gave up on it because of the excess of pornographic content, which came in a variety of ways. There are hundreds of thousands pornographic posts that are unaccounted for. They gon get the shock of their life in the coming weeks
We'll see bvy sis.

My bet is that they'll be OK.
I hope they go under

LOONA.

The point is FASHION & ART posts are literally being flagged as porn and if it continues people will be banned/deleted for no reason which you just said won't happen.

I didn't "assume" anything. It's already happening and the policy isn't supposed to come into place until December 17th.

I'm seeing all this occur on tumblr right NOW in realtime. You're not making sense. Convo with you is done

LOONA.

So anyway Talisa

Tumblr is fckn DONE

Yeah, I take back what I said.  :holdupguys: Adult content makes up a large part. Can't argue with that.

Tumblr will end up like Myspace if they don't fix that automatic flag system though.
In fact, a couple months ago, a Brandy gifset of mine has been flagged as porn and I've been wondering what that was about. :udontlookok: It all seems like a rushed move if you look at the huge amount of errors everyone is experiencing.
