If the freezer/kitchen was ?Restricted? no one should have had access to it. It should have been properly secured.

What if it was a small child, an elderly person, or blind person...?
NO ONE should be able to get to that ?restricted ? area, therefore they should be held  negligent. But we?ll see how the courts view it.
