I think it's very important to embrace ur ancestors....u are a sum of their contributions to ur DNA. Without even just one of these contributions u would not exist.

Most African Americans have anywhere from 15 to 30 percent of white DNA in their streams anyway .... Due to the rape during the transatlantic slave trade. That's why Even people who have two black, brown skinned parents can randomly come out with grey eyes....lighter sk23in etc. DNA is highly unpredictable .

Let me stop u

Blacks are the original people period they can create numerous skin types and various features

Its not always due to a white infiltration of blood

Sometimes black ppuls blood line is closer than they belive and the dna clashes a bit

African can create albinos so thats also a misnomer

Weve had light skin and brown and different eye colors before a white man
Lew let me stop you, hun.

Blacks in America look different than blacks in West Africa where our ancestors were originally and predominately  taken from. This is an effect of interracial mixing that occurred in America during and after slavery. Are you aware of how white DNA has impacted our appearances? Are you aware that we have black men walking around with green eyes from their great great great great white slave master grandfather? Including Tom Joyner, who had been wondering where his green eyes came from (since no one in his family had them) until he saw a picture of his slavemaster ancestor?

Look into that hun and get back to me.

Herb.

And albinism is a rare disorder, one which is found in every 5 of 100,000 people....so how can you even compare that to light skinned blacks....:dead: :dead: :uhh:

Oh well

The beginning

The second Out Of Africa (OOA) migration event (The first being Humans to Australia), saw Blacks from Africa with straight hair and "Mongol features" take an "Inland route" through southern Asia and on up to China, where they settled. Included with this group, were straight haired Blacks "without" Mongol features - now called "Dravidians" who stayed close to Africa, and settled in India and other areas of southern Asia. Also included with this second (OOA) group were Albinos, who were probably motivated by a quest for relief from the heat and burning Sunshine of southern Africa - and relief from the torment heaped upon them by normal Africans. Even today, superstitious Blacks of southern Africa; maim and mutilate Albinos in the ignorant belief that their body parts process magical properties, which they use in rituals.

Its well known about the white blood thing
But if  u are part of the original ppul of the earth (that eventually led to the creation of the white and the asian man thru eveloution or what have u) u cant then say the re introduction i during the slave trade is the "sole" reason why traits pop up

As i said africans create albinos so its not a stretch of the imagination

You're going all the way back into the original migrations away from Africa long ago.

We're talking about more recent ancestry and how it affects African Americans now.

Bottom line is that many of us (not all, but many) look significantly different than our pure West African brothers and sisters.
And it's due to our "tainting" upon arrival to the New World.

This isn't even up for debate tbh. There's no need to dig back to prehistoric times to refute that.

ur thinking is limited is all yet u think its expansive cuz uve done a lil dna testing......blacks  (african and  black american and beyond) have a story and a history before during an after the transatlantic slave trade sis  seems like ur kinda just stuck in that but it is most applicable to our experiences here on this soil

History is history

And a bloodline trait is  a bloodline trait

Not all light skin blacks in america are the result of a white man dippin long time ago

Those traits arent exclusive to white ppul

No different from slant eyes being an infiltration of chinese ppul in our  bloodlines from the slave trade its inour dna period

John legend
Brandy anyone

Blacks are the original asians as well so....

I've done more than testing hun, I've been researching, learning how DNA works and learning about our history as a people, as well as my own family history. Everything I say to you in this thread is based on my research, not Herbert's Law.

Try that again. I hit you with a fact about Albinism, which you illogically compared to light skinned black people, and all you can say is that my thinking is limited. lol

I never said that all people with these different features, etc. are results of the slave trade. I simply made a statement regarding how the slave trade and recent mixing of races impacted MANY of our appearances in America. I don't get why you're debating it.  :plzstop: It's kind of fact.

Do you just want an argument or something? :dead:

I never denied the facts u presented im just saying dont tout it as the only fact and conclusion to make .....the albinism in africans was part of the reason to move away from africa  (which led to further adaptation in the newer environment) and as i said modern day africans experience albinism rare or not it exists and its not because of a white man

By that same token not every light skin person here in america is light simply because of a white man thats still a slave mind speaking imo
Every sark skinned person with european features isnt just because of a white man

And modern  day blacks still have the asian look as well but i dont hear u talking about a chinese man dippin into the slaves and carrying his dna thru so

Fall back

I think the problem here is that you are feeling as if I am giving the white slave master "credit" for everything. :dead:

I agree with you, not everything different about us is due to a white slave master. But a lot of it is due to interracial mixing earlier on.......which was in large part caused by slavery.

For instance..

Lumbee Indians were known for housing and protecting RUNAWAY SLAVES. This is how they came into contact with each other. They were two races with one common enemy...so they saw a common goal, not each other's skin color. As a result, they intermingled and married, and bore children together. These were ties that were created through oppression.

The effect that slavery and the white man has had on our people (internally and otherwise) is never to be underestimated or disregarded. But I agree with you that every black person walking around with something "different" about them is not that way because of John Smith. We can't ignore these effects though.

There is no debate

There is white man blood infiltration

And there is  blacks and their natural variety as well

And there is a coexistence of both

Black is dominant
White is usually reccesive
