Black face is really only seems as offensive in America. I do not think that they intended for this to be offensive. There are many people who are not aware of how things go in The USA or how deep the wound of racism is and ignore many things that are insensitive. I have been many places around the world and I have watch black people laugh with non-blacks dressed in Black Face. Go to any Carnival in South America and you will see it.

Its always non blacks speaking about how racism is perceived in their countries, but I notice the black people from those countries feel the same way as American Blacks they just don't voice it.
