It seems like every week another company does something racist to get attention
and we always fall for it
No way should an amusement park care about the hairstyle of the workers in the park
All they have to do is press go on the rides no one is even looking at them longer than like 5 seconds at a time

I think they slipped up because they're so used to working with younger people/teens and feel as if they can get away with being more direct about certain things.

And the management is always a 30-45 white person

They prey on those kids

And I see how

They offer more than minimal wage, they literally took me on rides, a tour, and fed me the first week and the trainers are so friendly

I was like 20, I thought it was paradise... Then you start work and they expect you to do ANYTHING for them. It's terrible

Makes sense. A lot of companies are very strategic in their hiring process.

Hiring a bunch of older people who have actually formed their own opinions in life and may have some solid knowledge of their rights as an employee isn't in the best interest of certain establishments where the desire is to squeeze as much juice out of one orange as possible.

My college roommate had locked himself out of our apartment and I was working for the airport

I had to fucking GO..
But the girl that was suppose to replace me still wasn't there an hour later
