I already have another job lined up I cant TAKE it here it's not what they sold me
its a bunch of CRACKERS that dont even live in london deciding how to deal with ethnic minoirty kids, black, brown, white working class ect
I work in the blackest area of London for a young people service delivering sexual health, mental health, drugs and alcohol housing services and they only ever want to engage with Contraception (which is a white girls area) and it's literally just out of touch white people deciding how to engage with black and brown youth
they never want to engage or recieve with black members of staff or try
Now they wanna do out reach services out of pubs and swimming centers
I didnt even know we had a swimming pool around here and when is the last time you saw a black child in a fucking PUB
