Change is usually gradual and organic its not something that happens overnight or the span of 3 months. So the skepticism should really be understandable.

But you're only speaking to what he chooses to give online, which is never 100% intrinsically accurate or true to any of us. You can't say Herbert did a 180 in merely months. I don't think you can question how genuine one's personal growth is, based on a change in how they handle internet people and how fast you saw it.

It's growth in many arenas. It's why I took a breather from Ken Dahl..started researching my family history...getting to the root of who I am as a person before I even think of adding on layers ever again....researching both my African and Native roots...realizing the struggle of those who have come before me so I can be just a BIT less entitled, ungrateful and fucking spoiled....there's so many things.....

You can't just walk on a board and decide to be happy, that's more like a portrayal and totally not organic. If change is real it starts in the mirror. Not on BSource. People on other channels of your life may SEE the difference, it's not something you have to announce. "Hey guys! Look! Growth! Changed me!" ... actions speak louder than fucking words. THis is the VERY first time that I have EVER made a topic about growth or happiness....so it is a testament to me , which I am very proud of, that my actions clearly have spoken louder than my words.

I didn't make this thread FIRST then turn around and go back to the same mess the next day. People notice a change, they speak on it, and I have addressed it. In that fucking order.
