Bow did you watch the video or just the twitter clip?

The judge reads how many courts this has went to and each came to the same conclusion.

Bentley. HARRIS!

now if this ain't what white men have been doing for YEARS in the criminal justice system

QuoteHunter, the first elected African American juvenile court judge in Hamilton County, was accused of using her influence to help her youth corrections officer brother, Stephen, after he allegedly struck a young offender on the job on July 7, 2013. The incident led to the officer's boss recommending his termination.

Hunter is said to have improperly demanded and received documents about the teen and passed them on to her brother, prosecutors said. She was convicted in October 2014 of having an unlawful interest in a public contract, but remained free while she pursued appeals in both state and federal court.

"I violated no laws, I did not secure a public contract, I did not secure employment for my brother who worked for the court for about seven years before I was elected judge. They need to drop these unrighteous and I believe unlawful charges against me," Hunter told NBC affiliate WLWT in Cincinnati on Sunday.

I'm SO glad I read the entire story after I saw what she looked like
this woman was railroaded and it's sad

Like am I tripping? I'm busy/partly lazy but all I asked was for someone to let me know the concrete evidence they have to make a guilty verdict and conviction.

Bow, evidence that's presented in every trial isn't readily available to the public.

Obviously they had more to go on than idle gossip.

oh gerl, all that over six months :ack:

it's kind of a big deal here in Co. She was fired for allegedly helping her brother keep his job. She already lost her law license, she can no longer work as a judge or a lawyer and her reputation is ruined. Giving her jail time for this was over kill. Especially when yt people do the same thing and no one bats an eye

None of this would have happened to her if she was white.

🦚

It would've still happened if she was white and got caught.

Its way harder for judges. There's no suspension, warnings or any of that mess. Once you violate the code you are done.

If she was a lawyer she could've gotten a suspension or a stern written warning or something.

And I'm sorry, but as a judge that deals with the target group her brother was in a legal mess against..she should've never meddled. It makes her look bias and incompetent.

Her brother had way less to lose than she does.

Having looked into the case a bit, she definitely was abusing her position if these allegations against her a true.
