Did y'all see the way he beat her? it looks like he almost tried to kill her tbh.  Glad he kinda admitted that drugs were a big part of his issues. i wonder what he was high off of that night smh
yea he definitely went for the kill
but still, she's alive and well right now
and even went back to dating him, so at that point ppl should let it go IMO
Yea but she's no different than any other woman that goes back for more abuse. I doubt that was even the first time he did it  :dead: if it were my mom, i'd never let him "move on", so i understand people not necessarily letting it go. Although i do think he's a good person overall
It may just be me, but I hate that women (some) go back to abusers. I feel like if its not bad enough for you to let him go then it's not bad enough for him to be punished. I fault Rih even more than a normal female because there's plenty of men she's obviously had, and she can afford top notch security to keep Chris away, most women don't have that.
If it's my mom and I waste my time fighting a nigga for hitting her and she goes back, I'm over it

I can see if he'd done a complete 180 and displayed angelic behavior ever since that incident, but, ever since then, he's displayed anger issues (throwing chairs out of windows, punching people, online tirades etc.)  so i think its fair for some to still keep their foot on his neck tbh

Until they see a REAL change and something a lot longer than 6 months. I think having a daughter will help that, but who knows whether or not he's put his hands on a female in the last year or two? most women dont report stuff like that.

Miranda

Well he got his punishment for his crime, so shouldn't that expulse all of his debt to society.

All the white entertainment guys that slap these gorls continue to just appear everywhere.  :kii:
He should've just went ahead and killed her tbh. Cause that's what they're acting like.
!

I'm sure that Bajan cunt-dyke started flinging her limbs at him first anyway

In my opinion. She asked for her and she got it.

He was just trying to treat her like an equal. Like most women complain about.

:udontlookok:
!!

Domestic violence wouldn't be such a huge ordeal if people were serious about this feminist bullshit.
!!!

Feminist dont REALLY want to be treated as equals.  :rudone:

Have you ever been in love?  i dont think its that simple. And i dont think you'd leave ur mom hanging if she chooses to go back.  :dead: I'd really hope not. Yes its stupid and it would anger the hell out of me, but love and fear of never quite finding someone like your first love, can make you do some pretty irrational things. its not easy to explain at all, so to shame them for it ....  i totally don't agree with that at ALL.

& another reason people make this out to be a huge thing would be because Rihanna's famous. :dead: let it had been a regular ol Tameka along the way or even a less famous R&B star, it wouldn't have had as massive news coverage as it did.

Not necessarily. for the most part, he's allowed to do what he wants. But if certain people still dont fucking use, then that should be fine as well.

thats all nice but the article says that ppl are saying no because of the abuse, not his recent screw-ups

Miranda

It's not like he is endorsing woman-beating. He made a mistake and that is that. It's morally problematic to not be forgiving.

RekeRig

And being in the public eye with MILLIONS gossiping about your beating, and even making fun of it on a daily basis, had to have made it even worse for Rihanna. People (even in this thread) blamed her for it :dead: so who's to say some of that didn't play a role in her going back to him? a lot of women start thinking "ok, wow ... yea, maybe it was my fault" . it almost turns into a damn mental illness.

AIDS!

He deserves it but why aren't they banning white celebs with DV history

It ALL plays a part, im sure.  Obviously thats the main reason

GLOCK

Why would they book him from the jump if they felt so strongly about it tho
