He knows his audience and that's his niche. I don't know any black person that is 20-30 that's raving to go see a Tyler Perry movie. These are the facts. He's a joke in the industry. Like,  ok you've gained this faithful audience that's willing to pay for your bullshit ass productions but let's not act like this is quality entertainment that's pushing us in  some great direction.  We can applaud some of his accomplishments but his work is downright embarrassing imo. I can't lie, this was kinda entertaining.  It's like they aren't"GOOD" but u also can't turn away.  That's how i feel about the have nots. I sit there so annoyed with the pacing, the dialogue,  character development,  the believability, etc.  but I still watch.  That's his only ANYTHING I watch
