When they were trying to get her to say Fanmail was her favorite mess and she gave  :overit:

Lisa herself knew the Supanova album wasn't shit :dead:

Yeah

Scott.

Lisa didn't like that album because of her lack of creative input.

reekz

Right. Her way was too far from the TLC sound and the general public didn't want that shit.

Eh...

Fanmail is awful minus a couple songs. They are lucky to have had "No Scrubs" become such a hit. I tried listening to it about a month ago and could barely sit through it

Are you white?
He's right..
Won't say it's awful but it definitely wasn't as good as csc it had a few good songs on it tho
Eh... 🤷🏾‍♂️

That's so funny because I feel like that album was centered around her mostly. She always seemed a little more ahead of her time and futuristic than the other two.

The futuristic mess came from Belly and it was already being done. TLC took it to a higher level since they had the money vs hip hop rappers.

ReVon

That may be true but to me, it still felt more like Lefteye's vision than the others even if it wasn't.

reekz

Yea she decided to go that direction but it was still limited. If you look at the Fanmail, era vs Supanova and Blaque debut, you can see where Lisa wanted it to go. They called Blaque cheesy and it really was like the Supernova video and album cover.

If that was the case then she would've picked the album she had more creative involvement in, y'all not making sense

Umm you're not making sense.

She's never liked that album and she's always spoken out about how she wasn't involved much creatively on "Fanmail."

Like what are you even talking about.
