You gotta keep in mind that you've heard a lot more than the rest of us. This is most of our first real taste of the album and it's very underwhelming.

You know how it is when we only have snippets to judge . It's been years of only snippets . I think we need a full song to truly get into it . Brandy always gives a new style on every album so it's just a different approach .

I think we also have to remember Brandy usually has song writers and to me this sounds like her writing . I just want the album or atleast a completed song!! it's been so long and the anticipation is high .

And that's pretty much it. At this point in her career you either love Bran and her artistry or you don't. It might be time for some people to move on to a new fave and this album may help them make that choice. For others, it will just be another reason for us to rave about our fave.

I think above all, folks just want well crafted songs with solid melodies and vocals and dope production. Saving All My Love is not anything like Afro, lyrically, melodically or production-wise. But I do appreciate the risk she's taking with her sound.

I'm so ready to hear this project. Ghan snippets can be so misleading. 

I remember when we first heard Warm It Up on Kyte, it sounded like this bass heavy knock and when I heard the actual song, it was some Christmas mess.

I'm ready to see what she cooked up.  I've been waiting for some weird ass, alt music.

I think everyone just wants the best FOR and FROM Brandy. We want to love her music AND we want it to be successful.
I think this new clip just took everyone aback cuz it's just...too much. Bran has always been known for her melodies and her perfect placement. This just sounds sporadic, and she loves it apparently, so it's kind of alarming lol

i personally LOVE this become if u really listen there is a melody but i'm sure they wanted well she wanted people to focus on the words, the emotion she givin thru her vocals... and those vocals  jeez i love them !  i love that song to be honest
maybe what most people don't expect from her but i like this more than Baby Mama, vibe wise.. i love that brandy

Some of us may not care how the album does, but her label, management, etc all do. This isnt a hobby for her - its called the music business for a reason. Money is involved and if the album underperforms significantly, management and eOne may decide to cut ties and then there goes another long wait for another album.

TBH I think Bran will be fine. eONE isn't necessarily Sony Music Group. They knew who they were signing and I'm sure they looked at historical figures to see Bran is not the numbers pusher as she used to be. As long as they can cover expenses and see a minimal profit, I'm sure they'll be happy. For ANY label or mgmt company to sign an artist like Brandy and think she's going to push even half of Beyoncé's numbers would be foolish.

So anything going #1 and pushing platinum would honestly probably be a huge PLUS for them.

I truly think I she's fine.
