Mods leave the GD section closed down for a week.

GD was shut down for us to celebrate the song's release. I don't think it was meant to get everybody on board for a "plan of action" or to piss anybody off bdndndn

But I don't actually give a shit about it being closed. It's cool at times, but my primary reason for being on this board is to stan Bran, and she has been giving me plenty reasons to do so this weekend

I don't understand why people are upset about that.

Our Guests count increases and the board content focuses on Brandy during that time.

I know it's a culture and people like to have fun and kii I.e. The Shaderoom, Brandysource, but these people with platforms are human beings who take their work seriously (some not all) and I think we as consumers can collectively work together to be more sensitive about how we choose to express our thoughts or critiques.

Some love the record, some don't. Life goes on, but be intentional about your critique. Not accusing any of you of this behaviour. This is me just pouring my thoughts here.

From what I'm reading,  this convo about people disliking the song was done somewhere else or am I misundetstanding?

I honestly don't know (and I couldn't care less). I'm just expressing my thoughts that aren't necessarily related to that specific conversation. Just general thoughts.
