I don't think she'd be good tbh. I watched that lil good times thing that was supposed to be funny and her and andre braugher were kinda terrible. Andre is a great actor and he is good at comedy so it could've been an off night for him but viola just didn't seem NATURAL. If she aint snottin and crying, it kinda doesn't make sense

I think her talent is great but
the diverse body of work is lacking
shes been in a few romantic comedies i think and still never gave that ease and carefree vibe she gives struggle strong or slave
and ppul say well who cares about comedy to continue to prop her up
but just being lighhearted and fun in a scene would help for a change
or a musical
or a biopic
this is why as talented as she is Taraji Kerry and Regina KING and HALL

we love a well rounded actor period
