I really think it's more so just their personality differences.

The thing is Monica said she was trying to show how far they've come. That they couldn't stand eachother to now we're wanting to tour together. Monica's way of laughing about it was kinda tacky but I don't think she really meant any harm. I think she's fine with laughing at the past. Monica is an open book and Brandy isn't. She keeps things private and also with sugar coat things.

That's unfair to say JUST females can't get along. Look at TGT for example. ALL of Hip-Hop.

Everyone is different, however some just happen to click more than others. Brandy & Monica were business partners. Their uniqueness as artist & being around the same age is what worked for them.

They have different styles, different voices, different aristry, different demographic of people who they hang with & different family backgrounds. That's innate. However, it just seems to be more prevelant when it comes to them being around each other. Their energies are just POLAR opposite s.
