It's the highest debut on the chart this week, and earns Brandy her ninth career album entry.

Saying it's the HIGHEST debut on the chart this week even tho Beyoncé is #10. But The Gift is a rerelease. So it's not considered as 'Current'.

That would be messy and unprofessional if they said: #1 on the R&B chart but that was never the case.
