i've said this a million times in the past but,
i think the issue is that people take being "fat" as an entire identity

it's not who you are. it's not who you're "born to be".
it's just something that accumulates on ur body when u have  an excess of calories and not enough exercise.

it's something u can control, unless you have some sort of condition which prevents you from doing so (which is rare).
whenever you're ready, and are serious enough, you can change it.
period. it's pretty simple.

people have to stop making it such an "identity" topic and think logically - address it like the numbers game it is.

what she probably sees in the mirror is a need for her to change.
it's possible that she may be having the same moment mo'nique had when she decided to switch things up

all of that "woo! large and in charge! lovin it! dis who i iz! fuck u skinny bitches!" mess may be wearing off a bit and i can see her eventually buckling down and taking her health seriously.

vanity is the least of ur worries with this type of thing so i hope those around her who love her, encourage her to do what's best for her.

Rich people have MINIMAL reason to be fat unless it's an underlying medical condition. You can afford a gym in your home.  You can afford private trainers. You have access to best doctors and nutritionists. You can afford private chefs and bakers that specialize in low carb and calories. Even on the GO you can afford the more expensive salads and shit at the airport convenience shops. Even poor people make it work. You RICH. Utilize that shit.

Fro and Mar are both spot on. Lizzo is letting her team hype her up but you can tell she's insecure about her weight. Just fucking say you want to be healthy and get some surgery or something at this point.

FRANCE

Her titties are also small and saggy and her stretch marks and overall shape is disgusting

this story is making its way all around the internet i see...on youtube

i do believe in loving yourself ...because if u don't love urself you won't ever get the desire to do what's best for yourself.

but we as blk people are more likely to develop things like diabetes, hypertension, etc
so it's not in our best interest to buy into a "fat is beautiful, fat is YOU, be fat!" tea.

im kinda glad Lizzo is being honest.
