and yea ghan has seen her peak already as an artist
i know we want to see her with MORE platinum plaques and MORE Grammys and MORE exposre
but she's been there done that. she's been the "it" girl already.

and i know stanning can be a very emotional thing, so i don't fault anyone for feeling that way
but yeah.

there's def more room for Jazmine to see her artistic peak.

jazmine seems to have a great idea of direction and knows what her message/concept is .
although i didn't enjoy the EP much, reality show is fucking amazing and if her next LP is anywhere nearly as solid i'm all in

labels have marketing teams, branding, A&R...

so many resources to ensure that a product is perfectly packaged and strategically pushed

foregoing such support in the spirit of being independent (whether voluntarily or involuntarily) can be great
but it does have its disadvantages as well.

we have to keep that in mind with these conversations - what we're seeing can be a result of increased support with direction as opposed to a lack of artistic effort or personal drive

GHan is an old school 90s artist going the edgier indie route.

of COURSE there will be hiccups. of COURSE there will be screws loose.
it's almost like waking up one day and asking a toddler to pour their own cereal.
they've seen it done before, they know the ingredients necessary, but it won't be as CLEANLY executed.

Toni won't even think of an album being made unless she has backing

so I commend GHan for being brave enough to tackle the mess on her own.

and it doesnt hurt to say YES I wish my fave put out a dope EP during an EIGHT yr hiatus with multiple LIVE performances
on award shows, nightly talk shows and now booking the SuperBowl
