my horse was in here running for Tamera

The one who actually identifies as a black woman

But let's call it off
Project started: 2014 Wrapped up: 2024

Significant Discovery: First known Black American family of Kalmyk descent

Takeaways: Be prepared to pivot, even when you think you're on the right track. Be OK with being wrong so you can get things right.

Kalmyks are tribal Mongolic people who settled in Russia. It's estimated that only 300,000 Kalmyk descendants exist worldwide - with only 3,000 in America.

Tamera remains mute and her husband blatantly says/does racist things..
meghans speaking up because the racism shes experiencing is being directly shot at HER and her child.

Which she has every right to do but if any of u gorls think she'd give a flying shit if she wasn't directly involved and seemingly targeted ...

We're walking thru Disneyland
But doesn't that go for most people though?
She doesn't want to be the next Harriet Tubman, but at least she's opening her mouth and she has spoken about her racist treatment in Hollywood before she married Prince Harry.
Tamera also has a responsibility to speak up for her mixed children about the comments her husband made, like they share a child together but she..her being silent  is worse than Megan speaking up even if it's for herself
I did say she Meghan has every right to speak up.

If I ever hear a story of Tamera allowing her husbands family to flat out call her a n****r or something to that effect then I'll say OK yea Tamera isn't as strong as Meghan.

But Sometimes people want to see the best in their spouses . It's amazing how we are so quick to give Meghan the benefit of the doubt but can't understand that people may not be ready to accept red flags of racism that aren't completely obvious, overt and blatant.

She literally broke down crying about the names she's called and we all chuckled at the footage and kept it moving  ... and she still gets it . Meanwhile Meghan is coddled and upheld from the jump .
not really there's just as many black people that don't see it for Megan as there is as many people that do tbh
Some people think she knew what she was getting into.
And you don't need to hear a story about Tamera's husbands family calling her the N word when her husband himself has given provided many  instances where he might as well have called her and all black people the N word  :dead:
I don't expect Megan to be responsible for her husbands family, but she did speak up and out about it.
Tamera is sharing a bed with someone and has kids with someone who has made comments to do with race many a time and she's stayed silent and sometimes even defended him, that's probably people give her a harder time.

Yh the mixed woman who indentifies as a black woman but still lets her white ass husband and father of her kids off whenever he says some crazy shit

OR
the woman who identifies as mixed yet still calls out mess when it's not even in her immediate family
:diddraispoot:
It looks worse for Tamera

You're mentioning "comments about race" as if they were overtly racist statements or something. As if she's willingly laying next to a man that has said off the wall things.

The comments I've seen from him are definitely questionable and I feel they had racist UNDERTONES but that's my opinion.

This is the man she fell in love with. Is it wrong for her to not want to believe he could be racist when he hasn't  done anything overtly racist?

For her not to join us in picking apart his words to FIND the racism?

Yes :uhh: :dead:

Like if we're giving Tamera the benefit of the doubt, why can't we do the same for Meghan

You're missing my point.

Let me clarify with an example .

A mother has a son who is accused of murder.  There's no smoking gun proof, but all the evidence SUGGESTS that he did it.

The public Is convinced he's the killer . It's what some would call "clear as day" that he did it.

Is the mother wrong for not accepting her son may have done this , even though all of the evidence may point to him? Is she wrong for wanting to believe he's better than that?

And if we're going to sweep those comments under the "racist UNDERtone" rug, then we can do the same for the comment made about Megan's sons skin colour right? Because by that very same definition, that comment also isn't overtly racist.
But at least she reacted, what did Tamera do?
You honestly don't think she also has a responsibility to call them out?
Or her being in love is her excuse?, because if it is, then that's the walking definition of a bedwench  :dead:

yh no.
her husband made those comments in day broad light... typed and posted, said live on air and Tamera either ignored or defended him.
It's not the same, he didn't ALLUDE to it, there isn't any MYSTERY about it, they are there in plain text and in audio :dead:
But I guess as long as they weren't overtly racist comments I guess that's ok?

Coz I dunno
Him sympathising with whites having their land taken off them and given back to the original owners that were taken off them
during the apartheid, is pretty racist IMO.
Would you still feel these were "covert comments" if he had made the same comments sympathising with whites having their land taken off them and given back to the natives?

stillpretty

What did he say that was obviously racist?

I need something that was completely inexcusable , that Tamera wouldn't have been able to explain away in HER mind.

I def remember that July 4th post he made that to me .... had some passively racist undertones that made me cringe

but I could def see Tamera seeing it as "oooh hubby's just being patriotic lol "

It's not about what we see . It's EASY for us to see the worst in this hetero white man we have no connection with. Ndndndndnnd l

it may not be as easy for Tamera to see it because this is the man she lays with and loves . She may need more than an undertone here and a lil passive tea there to SHAKE her . Does that not make sense?  :disgusted:

it doesn't need to be obviously racist. (I posted example
of what he did on the last page)
It doesn't need to be inexcusable.
The fact he made comments again, again AND again tells me and lots of other people he doesn't respect black people and the struggle we face daily.
Whether it was self servient of Meghan to speak out about it..then let it be  but at least she did it, and the funny thing is, she's not the one that identifies as a black woman  :dead:
And if you need him to call her NIGGER in all caps  just so you make up your mind then i really don't know what to say  :dead:

no
because she's actually responded to criticism or stayed silent, so she does know what response her husbands comments have corralled. It's not that hasn't or can't see it. She's either just stayed quiet or even defended
and You telling me the woman who identifies herself proudly as black doesn't know racism, overt or covert when she see's it?
I feel sorry for those kids

And I feel sorry for Meghans

his white dick hungry, come-up craving  momma has him at the palace being poked at by the "royals" like a zoo exhibit.
