I can give in to the he had to shoot angle. I can meet you there. I just don't understand why he had to squeeze the trigger 4 times. I think the public would be a lot more understanding if it was one bullet. Hell even 2. That was just overkill.
well honestly that all goes to using deadly force to stop someone else in the act of using deadly force
I listened to the 911 calls:
- There was a call made to the cops that someone was outside using a knife to attack people , asking for their help . The caller sounds frantic and scared .
- The cops arrive minutes later to see Makhia with a knife in her hand actively going after people .
- The cop shoots her .
There's so many things that were reported inaccurately from the jump
Including Makhia making the 911 call, which has not been confirmed, and based on the call it appears someone could have called the police on HER .
Her dropping the knife before the shooting, another lie or at the very least, inaccurate reporting.
Just so many things here which really FUELED us to get into a tizzy before all of the facts began to present themselves .
Her age is what makes this unfortunate but that's yet another thing used to pad this story . "he shot a child!"
Yes technically that's true but she was a built like a grown woman. Just so many things which I believe are intentionally used to get everyone amped up.
The underlying EXCITEMENT of making the story seem more random and senseless than it was . It's something worth addressing
