Yeah 2/11 was impeccable but that wasn't her. To be honest I don't think Brandy has ever had an identity outside of the one that was provided for her. She reminds me of Whit a lot in that regard.
I truly think this is less of who Brandy is and more of what feels right to her at the moment. She probably hasn't ever felt good in clothes until now. It's hard for some to imagine looking snatched w/ the world telling you you're beautiful but feeling empty and unattractive inside. Looking styled up hasn't really done Brandy any favors so I get it.

The weight gain wouldn't bother me as much if she was dressed like something. I mean even when she was on Star and her weight was up, her styling was good. I understand she's not Cassie in real life, but something more put together would look so much better on her. Idk.

Lol I know but she was in a dark place before that and I think the discipline helped her get in the right mind for Roxie. Also gotta be in good shape to keep up with that schedule so sis did what she had to do. Remember how cut and toned she was? Her whole energy was diff for Roxie .
Shortly after she made a video about how she was getting too thin and was in an anorexic state of mind and started eating pasta and nuts etc and then from there sis said she loved her Wendy's combos lol so I'm happy she seems to be healthy and happy. Yeah that section is confusing to me, nice for archive but it just kills new threads. No one checks
Just because she postponed an interview it doesn't mean the single isn't coming out anymore on may 1st. Regardless of that, I guess a leak of the video could be coming soon as press outlets already have it.
Anyways I'm also at a point where I would just love to hear a new album and if the rest works out (visuals, promo) that is a bonus but whatever... if she is happy that's the most important thing.
