I do a 3 day cleanse where all I consume is fruits, vegetables, and water that I put in my nutribullet. I do that like 2/3 times a year and the longest I've gone is 5 days. Never done not consuming anything, that's dangerous and does nothing for you

I stopped eating meat for a couple of weeks, started eating very little and after a while had no energy left. I started feeling weak and dizzy. Also missed a lot of nutrition and got sick. So I'd rather eat normally than only drink water or live life on salads. :ummwhat:

Whenever  I fast ....I think of my favorite TV show the walking dead ..where they went weeks without food or very little food  it's horrible ...but you'll look amazing in your clothes afterwards.

I wish I could do this. After cooking seafood you have to air out the house. Even if you meal prep that smell re-emerges after you reheat it. I would just have to eat it cold and top it on salads because all that odor  would annoy the hell out me.

Nnnn bby intermittent fasting is a type of fasting... Y'all are talking about not eating food for several days?  :uhh: That's not healthy. You'll lose weight but your body is gonna be deprived of key nutrients. Doing 16/8 intermittent fasting every day >>>> eating nothing for a couple days then going back to your usual eating habits
