I said on page 1 that I didn't see the movie

but I'm not in here saying who does and doesn't deserve awards .

Jen is a great actress and contrary to what Vonc was tryna push in here , her performance is critically acclaimed .

I did a bit of research in lieu of my actual watching . Which is more than can be said for others in here who were just saying "she don't deserve it!"

It looks like most critics believe Jens performance actually SAVED what could have been a bad or boring movie .

That's kind of a book for Jen. Maybe not the producers but def for her .

Whether jhud is garbage is a matter of opinion. By criteria I saw in this thread, she's black and she did something, they awarded her. Lil Nas definitely didn't do anything great, so to trash the awards on his behalf is a bit much. Not sure about others in the category, but also not that serious lol.  Also, overboard to yell homophobia. I'm just talking to who I'm talking to.

given what I know , with my personal preference aside , it's not far fetched to conclude that the NAACP most likely felt she deserved the award.

If what I just typed above makes 0 sense to someone , I'm super ok with that at this point .

That's gotta be the reason because she surely wasn't the entertainer of the yr, this performance wasn't great,  and the movie didn't even do well.
