Some of Y'all were in here saying he showed us valid receipts and a contract when he didn't show anything but a memo from his team and a promo graphic .

You're not exactly the detectives and legal eagles that you think you are .

It's not like DL's receipts are just some typed up stuff 
if it actually got the ppl to make a poster and show schedule with him as the closer. Clearly ppl were agreeing with his terms at some point

I think this was a business matter that she made personal. I think the promoters just told them both whatever they wanted to hear to get them signed on. DL probably was mad if they told him he was headlining then at he finds out they gave the slot away to a comic that he feels is lesser than him. It's not true but he can be full of himself. At least on his side he was taking it out on the venue/ promoter and not her

the schedule he shared with was real im sure but he was trying to prove he was ALWAYS slated to be the headliner

So that "receipt" didn't fool me . Some people accepted it as proof that he was always the headliner and that mo'nique was delusional in some way but it was a fail for me .

Mo'nique showed another schedule with her as the closing act which was yet another piece of evidence of HER timeline in ADDITION to her contract/.

As I said from the beginning of this mess, the way DL has been handling this has been INSULTING to me personally. Like nigga you really expect me to eat this shit up?

Her accusation is that he gave promoters an ultimatum - one that they seemingly gave into . Not that he was unsuccessful in his attempts .

These "receipts" are almost insulting .

Show me dated documentation  if we're going the "exhibit a" route with you trying to prove you were the person originally slated to headline .

Bottom line is he FAILED to prove he was the original person to headline , that's what he was going hard in the paint to prove and that's what I needed verifiable receipts for .

The fact that he even told her to go after the promoter tells me THEY did wrong.  We shouldn't know about any of this except through a lawsuit.  That's a way to see DL's actual contract.

How does one know he wasn't also lied to?  He might have given them a contract, got a schedule, and been under the impression he was the headliner the whole time.  That's what happened to Mo.    He might have pitched a fit when he heard something different, and they capitulated (their fault... maybe he threatened to sue due to breach of contract).  Obviously, Mo threw a fit as well but got up on the stage with her rant and turned the villain into DL.  It was obviously a hoodwinking but promoters.  If fellow comedians and even DL see this, I don't know why Mo can't.
