Just want to say that XO
was
certified platinum by RIAA
thank you and good night
Something can be certified platinum, but that doesn't mean that there still isn't a preference of what people prefer 'fas to be singing about.

XO was able to scrap up a platinum cert at #42 on the charts, whereas Drunk In Love comfortably went 3x platinum and shot to #2, almost giving her another #1 hit.

Rihanna's Russian Roulette went TWO times platinum, my love.
But once she threw the dramatics to the side and starting feeling on dick with Rude Boy, she got herself a #1 single and 5x platinum certification.

So throwing out an RIAA cert really means nothing in a discussion regarding clear preference of artistry from black females in the industry. The evidence of preference is undeniably clear.
thats all nice
However I just wanted to state that it's Platinum because y'all are disrespecting it like it flopped when it didn't
No one said it flopped. Did I say that?
I said DIL went to #2, whereas XO never cracked Top 40.
The Top 40 gorls said no thanks. But welcomed her slutty behavior with open arms!
the wording was very negative "No one wants to hear it! Told her to keep it! Tic tac toe!"
and not just you
So I just wanted to refresh everyone's memory
n
r u her accountant

and yeah the Top 40 did tell her to keep it. no lie told

wait XO only reached #42?  :plzstop: I'm sor' but wtf fjfjjj I didn't know that.

and Ray you say it like we're saying it's 'fas fault.
like she made a terrible song or something. no one's coming for the song, we're coming for the industry.
'fas is not above politics of the business, she just has more resources to tussle with them a bit more.

Clearly me and Baph both felt the same sentiments about the way everything was worded and why he said he TOSSED you over it
but ok

BAPHOMET.

The way Ray is laying down the facts and lashing with logic

No bby  :plzstop: the song is terr' IMO but I thought it peaked higher because she performed it live many times and had a video for it

∧ ∨ ∩ ∪

Yeah Queen definitely wanted XO to be a hit. I mean the proof is in the pudding. XO was the ONLY song she was performing live when she dropped the alber.

All these songs sound different that the song she released as a single. She really is trying to branch out

Mountain Top

"All That I Got"

"Nothing Ain't Nothing" (the supposed first single before "Not A Little Bit"

"If It Ain't Love"

"I Wanna Fall"

wow I actually love some of these. Especially the first two

The second one doesn't even sound like her. Sad that they're keeping her strapped down

Maybe she should write for others and sell some of these songs until she gets with a label that'll let her do her thing

joihgufo

according to her stans, she's clearly above the politics tho
the song did amazing, plat cert!

hun, Ci's "I Bet" got a plat cert, that doesn't mean that it was some mega worldwide hit.
:plzstop: :plzstop: :plzstop:
it means the gorls used, they streamed, some downloaded, its a great song, and it got a Certification as a result.

the hive is borderline delusional.
"king" has such a perfect record. don't challenge it! like God shut up :uhh:
