I wonder what the specifics are about Epic that she doesn't want to sign with them so much. I mean if it's just because she doesn't want Breyon to get paid twice that's kinda petty, but I'll give Bran benefit of the doubt.

it's not like it's stealing if he's putting in the work with 2 jobs at Chameleon & Epic

Well it stated that she didn't want to sign the horrible deal with EPIC and Breyon was trying to FORCE her to do so.. He didn't have her best interest and was just thinking about his own benefit of getting double paid.

So she would have been locked in a horrible contract and getting her profits dipped into double...

It's a combo of avoiding a bad contract, being blocked from signing other deals, BreyOFF double dipping etc...

If you signed the contract with Chameleon Im sure there's a clause in there that says she'll fall under the label and rules of Breyon and what not regardless of the label theyre currently on. Hence the RCA dropping and now them going under Epic.
If she signed something that agreed to that, how can she win?

Shes honestly gonna have to create a movement; an under the radar kinda mess.
This is is gonna be tough musically in the in between time.

One of the main reasons she's going the independent route now is because she's BRANDY. Full and complete utter control, period. Y'all are taking this as a Jojo situation and it ain't. Jojo couldn't put out a damn THING because she was hamstrung and stuck and didn't have the name and pull Brandy does. She couldn't create her own imprint, not even jokingly

OK so reading over this for a third time, it would appear as if she has already terminated her contract with Chameleon and is suing them for financial losses, as well as POSSIBLY beating them to the punch before they sue her for terminating the contract. That's what I think is happening. I think this is really just to cover her ass as she moves forward because we know she's been recording and releasing music and plan to continue to do so. The rumors about her signing with epic sprouted a year or so or go so this isn't new to her, or her plans.

its because he's a snake, and could possibly sabotage her further. Why be associated with that? He's known for being this way and screwing a lot of other artists
