I try to stay away from all that cardio because I feel it makes me lose too much weight. I probably do like 5 minutes on the treadmill and I usually run to the gym from home.

BORderline

that's the only supplement I take

Protein shakes makes me blow air like a fucking tornado
And between glutamine, creatine, whey, INSTANT whey, boost mess and co... I don't know what to choose so

I love plyo and cardio. It just sends my stamina and energy levels through the roof.

It seems to work better for sculpting and toning my body than lifting heavy did. All that mess did was give me stretch marks.

:mmyulost:

I had to tone it down. Now I just lift lighter but go for more reps.

!!!! I have to keep it together during my workouts.

And creatine SUCKS! I bought it once and never got it again.

FINE.

I'm just gonna continue to be chicken'ed and fish'ed out. And shrimp.

BORderline

it really depends on your metabolism

don't complain cause you don't see them gainz if you stay perched on a treadmill.
Again, what works for others won't work for you.

I do cardio like everyday  :supluv:

but it's cause I don't really follow a strict diet.
I like to get my protien/carbs from things that I enjoy eating.

& balance from there

Same here. I can't do cardio like that. The pounds would just drop like crazy.
Weight/Strength is more of what I focus on/maintain.

You can do it.
It's really a job within itself. And requires a budget/cost.
:dead:
But then it becomes routine/second nature. Kinda like taking a shower, brushing teeth, etc.
