Children are expensive

Adoption is expensive + time consuming

I don't think a couple would go through that process because of public perception

Although I WOULD like to know their reasoning for getting 3 black bbys and not a mixture or something.

I know there was a cindy, lil chalupa or chao ming at the adoption agency



Either way, unless they're abusing the kids, any home is better than being in the adoption system. But like Yummy said, hope those fags don't have a negative perception of black people, and are raising a bunch of Lil Jays

Maybe the kids are related hun.

Maybe the gay couple lived in areas that were predominately black and it influenced their decision.

The races of each child shouldn't matter.

I see a loving couple with their kids being affectionate toward each other....
why must we find an issue or be asked if it's okay? we wouldn't if it were a male and female
or to some extent, even lesbians....

why is it when it's 2 men it becomes this big shock?
95% of this board is gay and if you had kids are you not gonna be affectionate around them?

If it was a straight couple, everyone would be all, "How cute! Marriage! Love!"

But because they are a gay couple they aren't supposed to show affection to each other.

And lastly, you fags can do a quick Google search. There are a lot of black children in the foster system so it is easier to adopt them. Especially as a gay couple, I'm sure it was hard for them to get the clearance to adopt.

They throw the black kids to the gay couples. Like they're leftovers or something.

There are more AA children in the foster system up for adoption. It easier to adopt them because there are more to adopt. The sad truth is there are more black parents that put their children up than others.

And in this case maybe they want to adopt them. Why is it wrong for another race to raise a child?

People still view being gay as this barbaric, sick thing. If this was Sarah and Tom I think there would be less fuss. Cute even!

Is it okay? Yes

How do I feel about it? It's off putting. I feel like as parents we sometimes have to use our better judgement and separate what's best for us, from what's best for our kids. This was for him and his lover with no regard for the light the kids will now stand in. Two white dads with black sons who are encouraging them to kiss is not going to go well on social media. You have to know this as an adult with common sense. So the only reason for posting this IMO is to make a social statement or low key bait for a reaction (because you know you're getting one). If it was merely about love you would have enjoyed your private moment, and be content with not subjecting your children to public shaming on social media. What ever positive feedback or new normal dad of the year award he received isn't worth the spotlight  that is now place on his kids and family. The trade off isn't worth it and I would protect my kids from social media trolls.

With that thinking, it will continue to be looked at as wrong. Until more couples like this make the situation visible it will continue to be taboo.

More couples need to do this. There is nothing wrong with it.
