Black and brown people have had to watch their history be completely whitewashed by Hollywood and the media
A lot of the riots, movements, inventions, cultures ect that we started have been completely reassigned to paler folk
So when the black and Latino transgender and gays wanna complain when a potiential momunetal movie detailing the movement they had huge part in and potentially kickstarted, completely removes them history...
I can see why they'd wanna 'bitch and moan' as you so aptly put it.
If race shouldn't be and wasn't a focus point, then they wouldn't have though twice about casting some brown people.
The two people credited for starting the riots were a black and Latina trans woman, now they're being replaced by a white gay man?
They removed all the brown and black butch lesbians, drag queens, trans and replaced them by white gay men

No shade but b source really helped me accept being gay or bi or whatever u wanna call it..
Talking to Yumz and Bre about it and seeing things from another perspective opened my eyes
And finding you guys who are just like me helped me connect with the lifestyle much more!
I had a mind that it was just some faze that I would get over.. A hobby if u will.. But as time has passed I'm owning my place in this lifestyle..

I knew there was a bit of self-misunderstanding (I don't want to use the word hatred) whenever you got so passionate once gay issues were brought up. It kind of annoyed me that you used race issues to override the importance of those issues, when they are two different battles, that are both generally still relevant to someone who is gay AND black. That's why I had to bring out the belt on my bvy
