All things aside, I could see someone thinking AF is dominican (regardless of the ins-and-outs of that in reference to dominicans being "black"). I really do think it comes down to your knowledge of what you consider to be "black" features. Some people are so dead-set on what black features are, and cut them off into a box. So if anything deviates from that, you're automatically mixed. And it has nothing to do with his hair either, honestly.

It's no secret when you see someone with curly / silkier hair the automatic thought w/ most people Is that that person is mixed with something. Especially in America and with our history. That's what MOST ignorant people do! It's annoying but it's true.
