Trust me, court clerks input records WRONG all the time. There's no proof Phaedra intentionally wrote out "Nita" instead of Nida. Somebody most likely read her handwriting wrong or something

And Porsha confirmed that she never slept with Apollo Nida before he went to Prison.... Nope. It wasn't just a typo. She misspelled their names multiple times within 83 pages of documentation. Including the complaint, order and divorce decree and then had it sealed so that no one would notice. The judge then ordered that she unseal her documents and file correctly in public record. She also never officially filed a divorce decree until December 5th, 2016 but claimed her divorced was finalized during filming of RHOA, which was prior and lied saying that Apollo knew, but he was never served.

She's a fraud.
