I think, if done the right way, a black version of true blood could deem very successful. Its just that hollywood turns down these ideas for more basic storylines

I just dont think Shaquanetta and Ray Ray are checking for an ethnic true blood. They want to see things they can relate to. Which is your Empire, Have and Have Nots etc.

The TV thread on this board alone should prove that Black people will support a show about witches and vamps just as much as your regular baby mama drama, as long it's quality TV.
