That's okay but yogurt will give you the shits. Honestly you don't HAVE to eat twigs and berries before a workout. You can actually eat a pretty solid meal, but just don't overdo it.

Nah. I guess you could blend it all up but ummm.. The Nitraflex flavor I have is Fruit Punch.

Also it depends on what kinda workout you're about to do. I do crossfit religiously. So nothing or something lite is my best option.
Lifting or something like that I guess something heavier. 1 turkey sausage and Multigrain toast to keep your Macros balanced.

and omg. If there is any advice I could give to someone for intake is some supplement for Joint Support.
I was wearing down the cartilage in my knees like hell when I first started doing crossfit when I was younger.

Yeah I need to learn more about this because in the middle of my workouts I start having pain in my lower back. What do you take?

I stated stretching for about 15 minutes before my workouts but I still be scared I'm gonna ruin something.

simply taking a liquid form chondroiten / glucosamine supplement should help



i needed this when i started running
my weight and the new strain on my knees and joints
needed some tlc
