What do you eat before you workout?

do you not know anything about working out? It def' comes with the territory with stuff like Insanity & P90X workouts.
They advise supplements and consulting a physician. But I was young and didnt think it was necessary.

16 when I started getting into sports in High School.

Im good and I was good then. It wasnt until 2 years ago I felt minor pain.

Taking it now is just precaution so that I wont have any problems when Im like... 40... Drais age n stuff  :omgwatshappening:

This is my breakfast every morning though. If I workout in the evening it's peanut butter and carrots or banana before the workout or protein shake.

:kii: It's actually pretty solid. Not too heavy or light.

Breakfast is so vital. We don't take it seriously enough.
