yes but thats a particular diet..
eating 2 breakfasts isnt a standard
didnt say it was but if you are following that formula (which very popular btw)
you would essentially have 2 meals in the am
if ur day starts at 5 ur eating again by 8
if ur day starts at 7 ur eating by 10
if ur day starts at 8 your eating again by 11
so

its like u remix this diet for ur personal gain..
like an excuse to eat a lot..
this diet is created in portions and it's not for those who abuse food..
its to speed up ur metabolism ... i think

if im working out 2 meals isnt out of the ordinary
if im not working out but i am eating sensibly its not a bad idea either ( just to keep those crazy hunger spikes through the day that lead to snacking away)
i dont do the 3hr thing (anymore ) because i do overeat
and it backfires

but as i said two meals in the am is not out of the ordinary
especialy if you are active
