@ Afro I agree.

I use to love my friends names Tyniquah and Jakeem. So edgy and creative LMAO!
!!!!!!

I don't think we're taught to hate "black names".

Many of our friends and family had them.

There this was this guy down the block from me named Jahquail. I thought his name was so sexy.

If anything, I got more heat from black people for my name. A lot of heat.
My big sis was about to fight someone one day over it. :plzstop: :plzstop: :plzstop: :plzstop:

SO I cant really see this big "issue in our community" of not accepting ethnic names.

But this is just my personal experience.
DDDDDDDDD

I had a friend named Darius. Very simple name IMO but the white people at my job were like  :-o his name so black!!

After i called them crackers for having cookie cutter names, we had this discussion about names. But it's just funny how it looks completely different from the outside.

I hate white ppl who act like they can't pronounce a name. My name is pretty simple but yet almost anytime I tell a white person my name they can NEVER get it right. its always Tyrone, TYron. TERRON Like ugh  :fuming:
DDDDDD

Is Terron still pretending to be straight?
nnnnnvvccfvsvbsbdbsbbd I think so. I stumbled across his Twitter or Instagram not too long ago and it looked like he was still tryna give STRAIGHT

I don't think they're doing it purposely. They're so simple when it comes to naming their kids. To us, the pronunciation would be a piece of cake.  :raycharles2urmess:
hnbvv I forgot about TAYron ugh but my name is spelled just how it's pronounced. The thing that really makes me mad is even if I correct them they still don't get it right  :uhh: is it the THIN lips or something?
