25 is literally a less stunning carbon copy of 21.  She did not deserve it.

She did and I know TONS of people that agree. I didn't even like 21, so I don't agree with ANY of what u said tbh.  We can agree to disagree but I don't feel that beyonce has really deserved AOTY. Beyonce fans get so caught up in everything beyonce and I think that's where they lose sight of reality. Beyonce doesn't make amazing MUSIC imo

You're acting like we imagined and pulled it out of the sky that Lemonade was in the running.  Experts and Grammy pundits mostly all predicted Lemonade to win AOTY.  It was literally a toss up with the edge being given to Beyonce.  The biggest industry editors and GRAMMY experts all weighed their predictions on GoldDerby.com.  The site dedicated to award predictions.

Lemonade had the win among industry voters.




The woman who actually won the award said she didn't deserve it as well.  So, I'll take her word over yours.

its just about getting that crown for a job well done. she just craves the tangibility of it all. and for all the physical work she puts in - why not want physical recognition. not just some "awwww there there" mess from some white ho winning what should be urs.

It pisses me off the way Self Titled literally spawned everybody and their mama releasing surprise albums.  Billboard even changed the release date to Fridays after Self Titled.  There was an article talking about her album sparking conversations in the industry about better street release dates.

I think it sends a very loud message when the biggest black artist of our generation continuously loses to WHITE artists.
