It MIGHT be a good thing if they did it correctly. Handing the needy a box of dry SHIT every month is disgusting. Maybe more states should do the drug testing thing I don't know.

Many of us were on food stamps as children maybe that's why I'm so sympathetic. We would have starved without that damn Lone Star card

My grandmother had one very simple saying for me as I stepped into adulthood...."If a man don't work, a man don't eat".

I think it was from the bible or something Whatever it was, it certainly has stuck with me.

You don't wanna be in a position where you have  rely on anyone for anything. Not if you can help it. I don't care if it's the government or if it's bae. Have your own shit.

My heart goes out to families who legit try their best ...they work, they work and work but still just can't make ends meet and need additional support.
