Ashanti had a bigger peak tho.

Goodies is still bigger than anything Ashanti has ever done

Foolish says hello. It spent 10 weeks at No.1 :dead:

But who is listening to foolish today? Goodies still gets play

Foolish does too. A lot of Ashanti's songs still get play and that's including her features.
On my life i heard like 2 of her features 2 :dead:
ssddssdsdsdddsdsds

Yea. I still always hear Foolish, Always on Time, Whats Love, and that annoying ass Fabulous song about the chipped tooth. And Bby on occasion

Her songs and features from that era are so timeless and legendary...

I can?t really recall the last time Ashanti made a significant impact on pop culture.

Guinness Book of World Records says hello.

Okay holding the number one and two spots on the hot 100...which is a remarkable feat, but how long ago was that? Janet said it best, what have you done lately?

I know some of y?all are saying current relevancy isn?t the topic, but doesn?t that relate to pop culture contributions overall??

But it's an impact and contribution to her legacy which we're discussing. A feat that has yet to be reciprocate. :dead:

So...we are talking records and...what else? Singles? Album sales?? I mean what are the qualifiers/quantifies?? Because if we?re going off that Ashanti record that hasn?t been beaten, then she?s had a better career than damn near everybody  :dead:
:dead:

Not that guiness world record from 2002 putting Ashanti above the gorls :dead:
but you cling on to Ci's past achievements because she hasn't done anything marginally successful with music since her debut.

Ashanti hasn't landed on any chart since 2008/09 I think with TWTILY.
Ci has had more longevity, Ashanti has a higher peak. So I'm gonna have to go with
Ciara. Longevity>>>>

Ashanti has 16 charting hot songs. Ciara has 21. Close the thread.

yummy

Ciara, I guess..

She did manage to snag a radio hit or two after her career faltered, I can't remember the last time I heard an Ashanti single on the radio.
