I agree with the world mess.

Stop crying about exclusion from predominately White spaces when you live in a White damn country.  Unless it's directly impacting your rights as a citizen.

But then turn around and act as if platforms like BET is some sort of sewage plant or something.

This is a White damn country. And that ain't changing anytime soon. Deal. It's all the more reason for us to support and appreciate outlets that are meant for us.

The sooner some people come to grips with that fucking reality, the sooner they'll begin to see the value in places like BET and people like Tyler Perry.

Very true. I think many of us have been guilty of this due to brainwashing & societal conditioning, especially here in the US.
