Race is passed down --------- race.

IDK there is so much to unpack but yh

:udontlookok:

u kinda said nothing here babe

first of all gender and sex are defined as two different things.

secondly, race being "passed down" is completely nongermane to the conversation being held here.

race and sex are two things you are BORN into. period. from THERE, the similarities remain.

any explanation for a transgender making that decision can be applied to a transracial person just the same.

the only difference is, the societal context. a transracial person is looked at as not wanting to be a part of their race, ashamed etc. a transgendered person is looked at as expressing themselves, living in their truth. when in actuality both simply bought into what/who society says they SHOULD be based on their feelings an interests (as opposed to acknowledging that their feeling/interests are outside the societal norm for their race or sex-- and thats ok)

and ladies and gentlemen this is the difference between someone stringing words together and someone that knows what they're talking about.

the difference is transracial is purely fictional imo.
then so is the transgender shit  :dead: because some of the girls definitely try to go backwards

are you black?

or any race other than white?

because if so, you sound ignorant. no disrespect.

because the fact that just because Rachael Dozelal coined a phrase "transracial" and now it's an ACTUAL thing, speaks on her privilege and everything it entails itself.

transracial and the definition make zero sense if you read it. and the only way it can make sense is if it relates to someone who is adopted.

Let Raechel have been an actual black women trying to identity as a white woman. That transracial mess would've gone nowhere fast.

As a matter of fact everybody in here lashed that black girl who went on Dr. Phil saying she was a white woman but now they're trying to make transracial sound logical.

Transracialism is a term to describe people who were adopted by people of a different race, not people who believe they are born in the "wrong" race, so there's that...

ffkkgggfffgggg

Like do people realize Raechel was trying to redefine a word that was already....defined. That's one of the main reasons she got so much backlash.Transracial was not what it is now until Raechel opened up her big white mouth and white media ran with her foolishness.
