Pretty sure Aaliyah's last era consisted of a few months of her doing promo and performing..
:dead: @ "pretty sure"

Her album was out for like 2-3 weeks before she died, if that
"Try Again" is a part of that era.

I mean
she needed more time

it's not fair to judge her vocals  cuz she barely had the chance to perform
She had 3 full eras..
And a couple of clips here and there wont prove it. Generally speaking, she was rough.

No they served their purpose. Generally speaking, when someone uses words like "always" to describe something that doesn't actually always happen, all it really takes is one example to debunk said ignorance.
nigga you still intellectually reading the gorls in the name of Liy and I live :kii:

Why isn't it when we're talking about her performances?

That was in response to Glock's "she barely performed"

Sis had songs in awkward keys for her.  OIAM and If Your Girl ain't even nothin vocally, but the verses gave her trouble live.  :dead: The ad libs and songs in more comfortable keys for her, even though they are more challenging, were done with ease.  Journey, How Could the One, and Never Comin Back come to mind.

I would have loved for I Care 4 U live.

Can we get back to the original topic....sis made some bops and I fuck with her music but her live vocals left a lot to be desired  :letsmessfag:
