but we're not talking about "dark"

we're talking about dark skin. and people who cannot stand the reference of "dark skin", or even "chocolate"

explain what's associated with "chocolate" that makes it understandable that someone is offended.
is that also associated with burnt chitlins? paris in flames? twin towers burning?
I said the word dark itself, alone, is Negative word.

Couple that with skin, and the fact that skin color is a big isssue, you have a problem
You're not addressing my question though regarding chocolate.

There are ppl who will be offended by being called chocolate.....what is chocolate associated with that is so horrible that it merits offense?
um, chocolate is DARK

🍫 🍫 🍫 🍫

:holdupguys:
i give up. :plzstop:
you're addressing how people don't like to be called dark

Chocolate is dark. I dunno what isn't connecting?

It all boils down to what the one poster said, we come in way too many shades to only classify as dark or light. It's just not accurate. But like Baph' said, foine is foine lmao!

my entire point was that the word dark is just bad

Everything that isn't good on this earth is dark is some form or fashion

Don't act like you're not aware that the words light and white are associated with desserts, heaven, clouds, everything good

Clearly we're talking about two different things here

Because I'm not saying dark things ARE bad, I'm saying the word dark itself just has negative connotation
