Ssss I think it's reaching to say her voice is deteriorated 

She can still give a coo mess out. It's moreso that she chose this raspy, gutteral, slurry vocal for the theme of b7. It's fine not to like it (I admit it's my least favorite album vocally) but I definitely think it was a choice. Her most recent live performance for the census shows she can blow and still have that pleasant tone we love so much.

Well b7 is still on the bottom rank vocally...but I definitely do agree with another fan that she pull it through for that live performance.  Probably the healthiest vocals I heard in awhile since the human era. ❤️
