You allow your tenants knowingly to sell drugs out of YOUR property you're  then allowing for any other illegal activity to take place.

well luckily for him, all black people aren't out selling drugs from their homes
with kids nearby

so his ties with the community should be just fine

just screen the people before u let them in, and make it clear that turning ur property into a crackden is kinda ..not OK and stuff

pretty sure the arrangement benefited him because she had her drug money on hand ready to give him first months rent and a deposit, or whatever.

but he's clearly not running an NAACP charity - cuz her black drug dealing ass had to leave once her purse was empty . and her "ghetto ugly" kids too.

so if he's running business, treat it like one.
