Russian Roulette

Oph they get a total of what their earnings will be for the trip INCLUDING TIP before taking the order

you have someone who is CURRENTLY a part of the dash system telling us how it works and ur telling us about ur experience as a PREVIOUS dasher

systems, features  and platforms do change

So its best we take the word of a current dasher
Like the ones in recent YouTube videos and the one in this thread

And there could very well be good tipping jobs within a vicinity

sometimes I order from places that are like 5-10 blocks away from me but that doesn't mean I tip them less

jfjfjfjfdjfjjfdjjf

of course they're gonna prefer and take that order over someone who is tipping 0 and asking they travel 20 miles for a delivery. It's a good tea with less time spent getting it .

does that not make sense?

Only in America does this debate happen because it's embarrassing to be poor
and these companies marketing is all about making these things affordable and low priced. So broke ppl will stretch their pennies just to be able to cover the product they're purchasing to seem on par with the ppl who can afford to tip.

Russian Roulette

I don't even think it's about being poor

if ur truly struggling u def don't have coins to be ordering out for dinner

youre somewheree in ur kitchen making or heating up struggle food frozen like hot dogs or ramen noodles.

there are people who legit go out to restaurants as well ... order everything on the menu - surf, turf, murf lurf  and tip 0 dollars

thats Not poor . And I'd be offended if I were poor/struggling and people were saying thats poor . That's inconsiderate, selfish and disrespectful.

And possibly living beyond their means. But not poor.

there's definitely some of the ramen noodles crew doing this though. Any extra $5 they have and they wanna order a pizza, and they only focus on paying the restaurant for the food and not the service person because it's not mandatory and they think the restaurant is paying them anyway. Ppl want luxury even if they can't afford it

thats true but there are legit people who pride themselves on not tipping wait staff

I'm talking about the people who even go to restaurants and order a smorgasbord of mess and tip 0 to 75 cents

Jffnnfnfnfnndndndn

And legit think it's cute Or something to brag about

yea that's just ignorant. I would hope that's the minority of ppl though because I don't think anyone would co-sign that behavior

Russian Roulette

I think people who live beyond their means with these services is another conversation in itself .

this is more for the whole "I never tip lolz :justabit: " crowd and how that's gonna start biting them in the ass.
